Federal prosecutors have filed a superseding indictment against the **ALEXANDER BROTHERS**—**ALON**, **OREN**, and **TAL ALEXANDER**—three prominent Miami businessmen previously arrested in December 2023 for allegedly orchestrating a sophisticated sex trafficking ring. The updated indictment introduces additional charges and victims, accusing the brothers of exploiting vulnerable women and minors through force, fraud, and coercion for commercial sex.

The charges include conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, multiple counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and inducing individuals to travel for unlawful sexual activity. While all three brothers are accused of trafficking at least five adult victims, **TAL** and **ALON ALEXANDER** face additional charges related to the trafficking of a minor.

**TAL ALEXANDER** is specifically named in five of the nine counts, with charges including trafficking a minor, the use of incapacitating drugs, coercion across state lines, and the storage of non-consensual explicit material.

If convicted, the brothers could face decades in federal prison. The superseding indictment also allows prosecutors to gather further evidence and advance the case. The brothers are currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, alongside other high-profile detainees, including disgraced rapper **SEAN “DIDDY” COMBS** and **LUIGI MANGIONE**, the alleged killer of the UnitedHealthcare CEO.

The indictment alleges that the brothers used their wealth and social status to lure women to nightclubs, parties, and other events, where they were drugged and sexually assaulted. Their trial is scheduled for **January 5, 2026**, with the next hearing set for **July 15, 2025**.

**OREN** and **TAL ALEXANDER** co-founded the luxury real estate firm **OFFICIAL** in 2022, which operates in high-end markets such as New York City, the Hamptons, Miami, and Los Angeles. Prior to this, they rose through the ranks at **DOUGLAS ELLIMAN**, one of the nation’s largest real estate brokerages. Their clientele reportedly includes celebrities such as **KIM KARDASHIAN**, **KANYE WEST**, **LIAM GALLAGHER**, and **LINDSAY LOHAN**.

In a statement to **FOX NEWS DIGITAL**, **OREN ALEXANDER’S** legal team at **KLUGH WILSON LLC** criticized the indictment, calling it an “overzealous, unwarranted pursuit” and a “swing and a miss” by the government. Similarly, **TAL ALEXANDER’S** attorneys, **DEANNA PAUL** and **MILTON WILLIAMS**, dismissed the updated charges as a “reheated version of the same case,” arguing that the government is attempting to stretch the law to fit a narrative rather than a crime.

**FOX NEWS DIGITAL** reached out to **ALON ALEXANDER’S** legal representatives for comment but did not receive a response.
